PINE CANYON CASITA

This exciting project adds an 1,889sf, 2-bedroom casita to an existing estate within the golf community of Pine Canyon in FLagstaff, Arizona. The existing estate consists of a 6,444sf main residence that sits on a combined 5 golf course lots, making it one of the largest estates within Pine Canyon.

Cantabria Homes broke ground in November 2024. The foundation will be built during the winter months, with framing scheduled to start in March of 2025, weather permitting. Stay tuned for updates.
