Cantabria Homes is in the process of designing a 3,000 stand-alone structure for a client that will be used as a private gym. This project will include a full, half-court basketball court, large area for various work out equipment (from free weights to equipment, a golf simulator, full bath and a cryotherapy room. The project will be an addition to the extensive estate that Cantabria Homes has already built for the Owners.
The project is currently in design with the Architects, Engineers, and gymnasium designers. Cantabria Homes expects to start this project in the first quarter of 2025.
