Cantabria Homes is excited to start the construction of this one-of-a-kind casita. The casita consists of 1,484sf livable space: all on a second level. Underneath the casita is a ramada off the pool that sits adjacent to the casita. The casita is one of several upcoming projects that Cantabria Homes has on the exisiting contemporary estate.

The casita itself will be a one-bedroom, one-bath, living room and kitchen with a walk out deck that provides unobstructed views of the Valley of the Sun below.
