HILLSIDE CONTEMPORARY CASITA
The Owner of the Hillside Contemporary home has commissioned Cantabria Homes to design and build a second casita on the property. The design for the second casita calls for 1,484sf livable that sits elevated over a ramada that supports the upper pool. The second casita will consist of a Living Room, Kitchen, Bedroom, Full Bath and two balconies to viewing the Phoenix Valley below. Construction will start in June 2024.
