Cul-De-Sac to Driveway
Cantabria Homes is genuinely excited to announce this new project in 2025. Our client proudly owns five golf course lots situated on their own private cul-de-sac. The scope of the project includes the removal of the asphalt and curb in the cul-de-sac and the strategic relocation of city utilities out to the main road. This process required that Cantabria Homes go through the process of Re-Platting theTract to allow for it to be used as a private driveway that will service both the main house and the new casita that Cantabria will be building in 2025 as well. An extensive and thoughtfully designed landscaping plan will significantly enhance the overall entrance of the property, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
